Had to play a little phone tag as he’s quite a busy guy, but once the appointment was set, he showed up and walked me through what was going on with my machine, and then gave me the options as far as what we could do to resolve the issue. After about 1000 questions (on my end) I decided to go ahead and get the machine cleaned up (virus removal) and also decided to upgrade to Windows 10. John walked me through all the new features, showed me where the menus were and how to navigate the new system and did a check up call a day later to make sure I didn’t have any other questions. I’m not old, but I’m also not young. The young man definitely took care of me and my laptop. Tip: Get a dedicated business line, it’ll make things run much smoother John.
